Building the base

Joining half-frames with solid iroko floor

Bulkheads glued to frames

Aft longitudinal bulkheads glued

Stem glued and screwed into Frame 10

Hog steamed and bent down onto frames

Backbone complete

Transom knee (25mm thick iroko)

Set up to cast epoxy/silica bush in side of centreboard case for pivot

Completed bush in side of case, at bottom of centre-plate track
