Guidance for Use:

  • Suitable for two or three adults, depending on location, weather and tidal conditions and the knowledge and skill of the crew
  • The design of the craft is based on a traditional working boat, and as such the Designer suggests that it does not fall within the scope of the EU Recreational Craft Regulations
  • For preliminary guidance the boat would be expected to be used primarily in RCD Class D “Sheltered Waters” (sheltered coastal waters, lakes and rivers) where wind speeds of Force 4 and significant wave heights of 0.30m and occasionally 0.50m might be expected
  • RCD Capsize Recovery Test and Flotation Test (2 adults + 50kg of equipment) successfully completed at Roadford Reservoir – 1st June 2009
